Project Description

This project will improve the existing visitor areas at Bald Point State Park in Franklin County. The project activity involves constructing a visitor day-use area including picnic pavilions, a restroom served by a non-potable water well and associated septic system drain field, a paved parking lot, and an integrated system of boardwalks providing access through the area to a new floating dock, and a canoe/kayak launch area on Chaires Creek.
