Project Description

The MBHCP - MS aims to 1) Provide needed mental and behavioral health care and longer-term capacity-building resources to improve the overall well-being of individuals, families, and communities in the targeted communities, 2) Advance models of integrated behavioral health care within FQHCs 3) work with GRHOP partners to enhance the ability of community clinics to develop into high-quality "one-stop shops" that include integrated behavioral health care, 4) Provide additional training opportunities to facilitate community care providers access to and ability to deliver evidence-based practices while increasing the number of professionals trained in providing integrated health services, and 6) increase the capacity of individuals within the targeted communities to respond to disasters.
