Project Description

MBHCP-AL aims to 1) Provide needed mental & behavioral healthcare and longer-term capacity-building resources to improve overall well-being of individuals, families, & communities in targeted communities, 2) Advance models of integrated mental/behavioral healthcare within FQHCs and coordinated care within public school systems, 3) work with GRHOP partners to enhance the ability of community clinics to develop into high-quality "one-stop shops" that include integrated mental/behavioral health care, 4) Provide supportive therapeutic and strength based mental/behavioral health services for children & families, including requested services in schools and communities, & 5) Provide additional training to facilitate community care providers access and ability to deliver evidence-based practices.
